Service availability is contingent on various factors and weather conditions. The company maintains the right to alter or cease services without prior notification.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To secure a charter, you are required to:

  • Have reached the age of majority, typically 18 years
  • Submit accurate and current details
  • Remit the stipulated deposit as per your booking confirmation
  • Abide by these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A confirmation of your reservation follows the receipt of your payment and our formal acknowledgment. Our company may refuse service at its discretion.

3.3 Availability

Charter availability hinges on vessel availability and favorable weather. We endeavor to accommodate your scheduling preferences as best as possible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All rates are presented in € and incorporate the applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Rates may be subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Initial Deposit: Half of the entire charter cost due upon reservation
  • Final Payment: Required to be paid 48 hours in advance of the charter's departure
  • Incidental expenses (if incurred): Payable at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

We receive payments via major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and guaranteed cheques. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted platforms.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Exceeding 72 hours prior to departure: Full refund minus transaction fees
  • Between 24 to 72 hours before departure: A refund of 50%
  • Under 24 hours prior to departure: No reimbursement is provided

5.2 Adverse Weather Cancellations

If our captain evaluates the weather conditions as unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule your charter for a subsequent available slot without imposing extra charges
  • Issue a full refund if rescheduling proves impracticable

5.3 Vessel Malfunction

In case of a mechanical fault with the designated vessel, we will strive to arrange an appropriate substitute. When an alternative is not procurable, a complete refund will be granted.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Regulations

Passengers are mandated to:

  • Observe all directions given by the crew
  • Wear safety gear provided when necessary
  • Disclose any medical conditions that might impact their safety
  • Stay within the vessel's specified areas

6.2 Banned Items

Items that are not allowed aboard include:

  • Glass receptacles
  • Illegal substances
  • Weapons or firearms
  • Excessive beverages (beyond reasonable quantities)
  • Pets (unless permission is granted)

6.3 Behavior on Board

Passenger behavior should be mannerly at all times. Any conduct posing a risk to safety or causing disturbance may lead to the premature cessation of the charter, with no refund issued.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Company's Liability

Our liability is capped at the amount you have paid for the charter, excluding:

  • Injuries stemming from a passenger's carelessness
  • The loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
  • Delays resultant from weather or external factors out of our reach

7.2 Insurance Provision

We ensure that our fleet and operational activities are covered by comprehensive maritime insurance. Travelers are advised to secure their own travel and personal property insurance.

7.3 Risk Acceptance

Engaging in our yacht services implies awareness of the inherent risks associated with maritime activities, and you accept responsibility for personal safety and well-being.

8. Changes and Itinerary Adjustments

Itineraries, paths, or timetables may be altered due to weather, safety, or operational requirements. We endeavor to offer similar alternative experiences when changes are made.

9. Force Majeure

We cannot be held culpable for disruptions, cancellations, or amendments caused by factors beyond our purview, which incorporate, but are not limited to:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural calamities
  • Governmental edicts
  • Harbor closures
  • Technical malfunctions
